| I am the sole
judge of whether or not your graphics are excellent. I
know that might sound pompous, but it's my award to give
as I see fit. If I don't give you the award, you can
always make new graphics and apply again at anytime. Rules for Applying: 1) Graphics must have been made by you. You may use your own art, or tubes and/or clip art from CD disks, Internet collections, or clip art. 2) You MUST give credit on EACH page for ALL graphics you use which were created by others. It is OK to use art by others, just as long as you have permission, give the artist credit, and add to the art in some way. For example, create a background set with an artist's painting, or make a tube from a dingbat font. 3) You MUST give your graphics away for free.
